Shipment
Only orders over $99 made through our website include free standard shipping and should arrive within 3 to 5 days. Keep in mind that some products may take longer to ship. You can find this information in the details section in each product.
PAMUK SHOES CORP. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you are in this situation, our team will be available to help you contact the shipping service provider to file the corresponding complaint.
Shipping days
All shipments without exception are made only from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders will be processed and shipped once we have received credit card. authorization.
Important note: PMK SHOES cannot guarantee transit times. Some order may take slightly longer to arrive.
Tracking number
Once we shipped the order, we will provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way!
We ship anywhere in the US (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
Refund policy
In PMK SHOES our commitment is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason we will happily accept returns on all full-priced merchandise for store credit only. The client can change the returned merchandise for any other item on the website using this store credit and must return the product in the next 30 days after the purchase was made.
SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. No exceptions.
All full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be exchanged for store credit. Products found damaged and used will not receive any type of refund. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers or laces, incomplete studs, etc. We are not responsible for damages to shoes as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
To return the product successfully, the client may use any shipping company of his choice. The shipping costs and any additional taxes will be borne by the client.
